In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the
Most Merciful.
It is said that in the city of Bonn, Germany, the second
international conference about Afghanistan will be convened on the 4th of
December which will supposedly pass resolutions concerning the stability,
development and governance of Afghanistan!
As far as it is related to the position of the Mujahid nation of Afghanistan
then it is clear that whatever has passed and is ongoing of the barbarism,
aggression and violations perpetrated by the invaders is the direct result of
the resolutions passed in the first Bonn conference which was headed with brute
force by America in the month of December of 2001. It was with the adoption of
these resolutions that the independence of Afghanistan was dissolved, the doors
of occupation were flung open for an unspecified time and the approval was given
for the arrest, torture and death of every individual who had an Afghan and
Islamic spirit and vigor!
We want to ask the organizers and donors of the second Bonn conference; what did
you achieve in the previous conference save for America and NATO to practice and
test its latest military technology and cause the innocent Afghans more deaths,
sufferings and various hardships? What industrial factory was made for the
Afghans which could have reduced the reliance on foreign products and which
could have stimulated the economy by creating jobs for at least ten thousand
Afghans? What energy generator was made which could have at least provided
electricity for the needs of a single province or city? Which water reserve was
developed or blocked that could have irrigated the vast dry farming lands of
Afghanistan? What hospital was made which could have catered for the needs of
the thousands of Afghans that are forced to go to the neighboring countries for
treatment? The Americans have not even given ten of their helicopters to the
supposed national army of the crumbling Kabul administration!
Since the resolutions of the first Bonn conference, the Americans have
slaughtered two hundred thousand innocent Afghans. They took away the peace,
security and wellbeing from amongst the Afghans; cast danger to the life,
wealth, honor and dignity of everyone; poverty and unemployment reached its
peak; prices skyrocketed; the markets of apostasy were opened and secret and
open processes were initiated for the destruction of the Islamic Afghan culture.
It gave free hand to every country which wanted to advance its agendas and
programs in Afghanistan and what is most poisonous is that due to the American
malicious interference, dissent and opposition was created in every clan and
tribe. Some want federalism, some want to scatter Afghanistan into several
centers and others are pushing to practically break up and disintegrate
Afghanistan!
And now that plans are being made for the second Bonn conference, Afghans are
not expecting any goodwill but consider it another American trap because the
most vital aspiration of the Afghans is that the ongoing American and NATO
occupation is brought to an end. Just like the recent subjugated Jirga in Kabul,
the Bonn conference is also seeking to further ensnare Afghanistan into the
flames of occupation and to turn it into a battleground and perpetual nightmare
for the neighboring countries.
To end we would like to advise all involved in the Afghan situation to not waste
their time on such conferences but rather they should seek all channels for the
basic solution to solving the problem which is bringing about the end of the
occupation of Afghanistan and freeing its people from its hostage.
