A Message to the Ameer,
Ayman Al-Zawahiri
(May Allah Protect Him)

All praise be to Allah, the Helper of the
Believers. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet who was
sent with the Guidance and the Clear Truth, our leader
Muhammad, and upon all his family, companions and followers.
To proceed:
To my beloved Ameer, the excellent sheikh, Ayman Al-Zawahiri,
may Allah protect him, aid him, and grant him victory, from
the soldier Nasir Al-Wuhaishi.
I pledge allegiance to hear and obey you, in times of both
eagerness and unwillingness, ease and hardship, giving
preference to you over myself, upon the Book of Allah and the
Sunnah of Allah’s Messenger sallallahu alahi wa sallam, to
fight the enemies of Allah as much as I can, myself along with
those of your loyal soldiers by my side stationed in the
Arabian Peninsula. You will see only truthfulness in times of
battle, patience in times of trial, mercy with our allies and
severity against our enemies. We will not soften nor
surrender, until Islam reigns sovereign by the Aid and Power
of Allah.
Our precious Ameer,
May Allah increase your reward and alleviate the grief of
those amongst you in regards to the martyrdom of the Imam, the
reviver, the Lion of Islam, Usama bin Laden, may Allah Most
High have mercy on him.
الَّذِينَإِذَاأَصَابَتْهُممُّصِيبَةٌقَالُواإِنَّالِلَّهِوَإِنَّاإِلَيْهِرَاجِعُونَ
Those who say, when afflicted with
calamity: "To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return."
The life of the Sheikh, may Allah have
mercy on him, is a great tale of history, while his martyrdom
will be a cause for massacre. When he spoke, the entire world
listened to his words, and when he struck, he struck severely
and inflicted much harm.

O Ameer!
Our situation is very favorable, and we are making good
progress both domestically and internationally, in light of
the strategy you had laid out. Also, the uprisings which have
swept parts of the Arab world have quickened the end of the
enemy and foiled their plans, by Allah’s Grace, causing the
fall of the tyrants and spoiling the dreams of America. The
Ummah has started a movement to free themselves from the
chains of enslavement in which they were shackled by the
Crusader West, rejecting their plans, paving the way back
themselves to the days of past glory and sovereignty over all
other nations.
I give you the good news that the regime of the idolic tyrant
Ali Saleh is about to fall. The fate of Ali will be that of
Ben Ali (the former president of Tunisia), with the Saudi
family in the land of exile, the Land of the Two Sanctuaries.
That sacred land, the Qiblah of the Muslims, which the Saudi
family has turned into a Qiblah for conspiracy and a resort
for the modern day idols and the worst Tawagheet history has
witnessed. They have conspired against the revolts with the
contractual fatwas of the evil priests and the blessings of
deceptive rabbis.
﴿فَوَيْلٌلِّلَّذِينَيَكْتُبُونَالْكِتَابَبِأَيْدِيهِمْثُمَّيَقُولُونَهَٰذَامِنْعِندِاللَّهِلِيَشْتَرُوابِهِثَمَنًاقَلِيلًافَوَيْلٌلَّهُممِّمَّاكَتَبَتْأَيْدِيهِمْوَوَيْلٌلَّهُممِّمَّايَكْسِبُونَ﴾
Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say: "This is from Allah," to traffic with it for miserable price!- Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby.
Whatever the House of Saud is pleased
with is a blessed revolt and a holy Jihad, and whatever they
are not is termed as fitnah and revolting against a
“legitimate Islamic Authority”! However, our fellow Muslims of
the Land of the Two Sanctuaries will not tolerate them for
long; they will rise in aid of their brothers in Tunisia and
Yemen, and will expel these two idolic tyrants from their
land, Allah willing.
Our Ameer,
We would like to inform you that our fellow Muslims of Yemen,
by Allah’s Grace, have looked past those groups and parties
who seek to reap the successes of the Ummah for themselves,
seeking the pleasure of America and the Christian West. These
parties are a small minority and do not represent the masses.
They have nothing new to offer, except for a new type of
enslavement to the West, something the people seek liberation
from. The leaders of these parties want these uprisings to
proceed like they did in the past: prepared by the free,
implemented by the brave, and hijacked by agents who know
nothing but stealing the sacrifices of the truthful, and care
for nothing but power and the interests of their parties. All
who have participated in this system for the last two decades,
whether in the ruling party or the opposition must leave, and
they must leave the people to make the choice in light of the
Shariah and Islamic law.
As for us Mujahideen, we are members of this Ummah. We are
from it and we belong to it. We share its pains and joys. Its
victories are our victories, and its glory is our glory. We
stand by the side of the Muslims in their malls of change and
squares of liberty, so that the Shariah may rule, that Shura
may be implemented, that security is recovered and justice
prevails.
As for the Crusader American enemy, it has come to a
standstill due to the situation in Yemen, except for
intelligence operations and airstrikes carried out by unmanned
drones, with the consent of the ruling party and the
opposition, and the silence of other establishments about this
interference and trespass into our airspace.
We will not stand and watch with folded hands.
وَسَيَعْلَالَّذِينَظَلَمُواأَيَّمُنقَلَبٍيَنقَلِبُونَ
And soon will the unjust assailants know
what end lies for them!
Our war against these Zio-Christian
Crusades continues, for it is they who chose war, their masses
applauding them on. We are people of war; we were born from
its womb and were raised in its midst, as if we were created
for angering and fighting them. Our goal is to implement the
Shariah in the entire world and to do away with all man-made
laws and constitutions. Only the Book of Allah and the Sunnah
of His Messenger sallallahu alaihi wa sallam will govern it.
It will not be a mere phrase written in the constitution to
fool people, such as, “The Islamic Shariah is a source of
legislation.” Where is the Shariah and its justice in regards
to the injustices of this constitution? This trick will not
work with the people again. On the path of implementation of
the Shariah, we seek the following at this stage:
1. Defending the oppressed Muslims who these idolic rulers are
killing, and coming to the aid of those oppressed peoples made
subject to these idolic rulers who spoiled both their
religious and mundane lives.
2. Implementing Shura in the affairs of the masses, and
teaching people about this obligation and how it works, after
it has been removed from people’s lives.
3. Having the largest number of trustworthy and intelligent
people as well as the youth participate in the reformation
movement, and in the current decisions being made by the Ummah
about its future.
4. Protecting resources from plunder and extinction, and
distributing them to the deserving oppressed masses who beg at
the tables of the bandit idolic tyrants, who have stripped
this land of its resources and sold them to the Crusaders for
the cheapest of prices. These Tawagheet have monopolized
wealth for themselves and their children in western banks,
billions upon billions, while the masses die of hunger.
5. Liberating the sacred precincts of Islam and purifying
them, and waging Jihad against the Crusader occupation forces
to expel them from our lands.
Our Ameer!
We are your soldiers. We continue our march on the path of
Islamic propagation and warfare until Allah decrees between us
and our enemies, whether it be victory which will please the
true monotheists with the implementation of the Shariah, or
martyrdom in Allah’s Path with those who have proceeded to
their Lord, from the Prophets, the First and Foremost
Believers, and the Righteous.
And all praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
