By the Mujahid Sheikh Ayman Al-Zawahiri, may Allah protect him

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah, all praise be to Allah, and may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his companions, and who follows him.

O Muslim brothers everywhere, As-Salaamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuhu.

Thereafter:

The Blessed and Exalted True One said:

“To those against whom war is made, permission is given (to fight), because they are wronged; and verily, Allah is most powerful for their aid; (They are) those who have been expelled from their homes in defiance of right, (for no cause) except that they say, our Lord is Allah. Did not Allah check one set of people by means of another, there would surely have been pulled down monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, in which the name of Allah is commemorated in abundant measure. Allah will certainly aid those who aid his (cause); for verily Allah is full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to enforce His Will).” (Al-Hajj: 39-40)

And the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, said:

“A group of people from my Ummah will continue to fight in defense of truth and remain triumphant until the Day of Judgment.”

To the Muslim Ummah, the Ummah of Creed and Tawhid, the Ummah of Jihad and Martyrdom, the Ummah of Sacrifice and Generosity, the Ummah of Migration and Garrisoning, I inform them of the news of the martyrdom of the Imam, the Mujahid, the Revivalist, the Immigrant, the Garrisoned Soldier, the Noble Ameer, the Wise Leader, the Ascetic Servant, the Abstemious One who was above the lowly qualities and trivialities of the world, the Fighting Hero on the front lines, the Pioneer of Jihad against the Communists and then the Crusaders, the Imam of the Age of Jihad against America, the Instigator of the Ummah and the symbol of its glory and honor who refused to accept the Ummah's humiliation and subordination, Abu Abdullah Usama bin Muhammad bin Laden, may Allah have great mercy on him and have him reside in the vastness of His paradise with the Prophets, and the honest people, the martyrs, and the virtuous people.

And those are the best of companions.

He went to his Lord covered in the blood of his martyrdom, the man who said to America, “No.” The man who took an oath, from which Allah will absolve him, Allah willing, when he said, “I swear by Allah the Magnificent, who raised the sky without support, America and those who live in American will not dream of security before we truly live in security in Palestine and before all the infidel armies leave the land of Muhammad, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him.”

He went to his Lord covered in the blood of his martyrdom, the man who was frequently embodied in what our Master Asim bin Thabit, may Allah be pleased with him, said on the Day of the Return:

What is wrong with me, for I am a strong archer --- And the bow has a tough string.
Death is truth, and life is falsehood --- If I do not fight you, then my mother is bereaved.

And he was frequently embodied in what our Master Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr, may Allah be pleased with him, said on the day of his death:

The blood from our wounds does not fall on our heels --- But blood trickles on our feet.

The noble knight, who loved Palestine with a love that possessed his heart, left, and he said to its people, “To our brothers in Palestine, we say to you, 'Indeed, the blood of your sons is the blood of our sons, and, indeed, your blood is our blood, as blood is blood, and destruction is destruction. And we testify before Allah the Magnificent that we will not abandon you until victory is achieved or we taste what Hamza bin Abdulmutallib tasted, may Allah be pleased with him.'”

The generous, giving, and cheerful man, modest and steadfast, left. Everyone who knew and met him agreed upon the loftiness of his character, the virtuousness of his tongue, and his decency, honesty, and integrity.

He has nice qualities and is not to be afraid of --- He is adorned with both good qualities and good manners.
He carries people's burdens when they are in need --- He is graceful, and he always likes to say yes.

He went to his Lord covered in the blood of his martyrdom, the satisfied ascetic who cast the niceties of this world behind him, coming to Him obediently and choosing the life of jihad, migration, and asceticism in the path of Allah. So, Allah instead offered him a love that filled the hearts of tens of millions. The ascetic, who lived the life of a simple person in his house, left. He gave generously to his guests and those before him.

He goes to sleep exhausted from hunger --- While his goods are showered upon other people.
He is like a martyr who dies of thirst --- while his veins are wrenched due to generosity.

He went to his Lord covered in the blood of his martyrdom, the man who never surrendered until the last breath of his life and who was killed amid his family and children. Abu Abdullah Usama bin Laden was killed as Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein, may Allah be pleased with him, was killed amid his family and children. The cry of glory that Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein, may Allah be pleased with him, released in Karbala was, “Just wait! Humiliation is coming!” Abu Abdullah Usama bin Laden responded in Abbottabad, “Just wait! Humiliation is coming to America! Just wait! Humiliation is coming to Crusader arrogance! Just wait! Humiliation is coming to the Pakistani agents! How wrong is the neglect of the sanctuaries, the holy sites, and the honor of the Ummah!”

Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on him, went to his Lord, after he achieved what he desired. He was aiming to incite the Ummah to Jihad, and his message reached from East to West and all over the world. The Muslims answered it, as did all the oppressed on the face of the earth. Usama bin Laden confirmed many times that our task is to incite the Ummah and to be martyred with what the True One, Glorious and Exalted be He, said:

“Then fight in Allah's cause - Thou art held responsible only for thyself - and rouse the believers. It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the Unbelievers; for Allah is the strongest in might and in punishment.” (An-Nisa: 84)

And today, all praise be to Allah, America does not face an individual, group, or sect. No, it faces a rising Ummah that has awoken from its slumber in a Jihadi awakening that challenges it wherever it is.

And America has faced in the last decade four crushing disasters:

First: The blessed raids in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania, where the martyred eagles smashed the symbol of the American economy in New York, and the center of the American military leadership in the Pentagon, with all that it symbolizes as moral, economic, and military losses.

Then, there was the second disaster, its defeat in Iraq at the hands of the Mujahideen, with the Islamic State of Iraq at their head. So it withdrew, after losing its wealth, equipment, and the souls of its sons.

And there was the third disaster in Afghanistan, where American is sinking into the mud of defeat, bleeding continuously. And it was forced to announce the beginning of its withdrawal this coming July, despite its approval and recognition of the control of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate over most of Afghanistan.

Then, there was the fourth disaster: the collapse of the corrupt and corrupting agents of America in Tunisia and Egypt, and the rocking of their thrones in Libya, Yemen, and Syria. America tried to contain the ferocious popular volcano; it declared, after hesitating, its support for the popular revolutions. But the popular movements in Egypt and Tunisia slapped America when the youth of the revolution in Tunisia demonstrated against the visit of Hilary Clinton, and they rejected meeting her in Egypt.

He went to his Lord, the man who confirmed that our biggest victory against America was in exposing its decline and defeat on the field of morality and principles. And Allah, Glorious and Exalted be He, willed that America would expose its lying, vileness, and decline, in its killing of Usama bin Laden. America declared that it killed Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on him, and they threw his body into the sea, according to Islamic rituals!

What Islam is this?!

The Islam of America, or the Islam of Obama, who sold the religion of his father and became a Christian, then prayed the prayer of the Jews in order for the great criminals to approve of him?!

This is the Islam which America gladly brings to us, a transgressing Islam, fabricated and deceitful, which stoops to influence the arrogant, and does not know allegiance, nor enmity, nor enjoining the good, nor forbidding evil, nor Jihad.

America threw into the Arabian Sea a sea of glory, which the Arabs and non-Arabs witnessed.

America withheld a grave from the heroic Mujahid, so the hearts of tens of millions became graves for him.

America showed in its vileness that it does not know the honor of feuding, and how could it know that when it lacks honor in the first place?!

America, which signed the Geneva Conventions in order to protect civilians and prisoners, and then was the first to violate them in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Guantanamo, and its secret prisons all over the world.

And America snubbed the treaties it signed and required others to follow the decisions of the International Criminal Court, while it was too high with its arrogance to follow them. It does not know the honor of feuding with Ibn Laden. While America was doing all of this over and over, Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on him, took all care to follow what he agreed to. In Tora Bora, after the ceasefire agreement, around 100 hypocrites fell into a trap of the Mujahideen. And the only thing between them and their deaths was a command for the mujahideen to open fire. But the Sheikh Usama bin Laden ordered his brothers to let them leave the trap, and they did not fire a single shot upon them.

And after the ceasefire agreement, some of the mujahideen attacked a site of the hypocrites and looted it, but the Sheikh ordered them to return what they had looted, and this is difference between baseness and loftiness.

He went to his Lord as a martyr, the man who terrorized America while alive and made it panic in death, to the point that they shudder at making a grave for him, as they know of the love that tens of millions have for him. It terrorizes them even though he is dead, so that they are unable to publish a picture of his body, as they understand the extent of the popular Islamic anger directed at them and their crimes.

Sheikh Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on him, will remain a terror and a fright chasing America, Israel, their Crusader allies, and their corrupt agents. His famous pledge, Allah willing, will continue to haunt them: “You will not dream of security until we truly live it and until you leave the Muslim lands.”

The love for Sheikh Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on him, became incarnated in the hearts of the Muslim masses who marched out after his death to demonstrate their love for him and their hatred for America, from Manila to Cairo, through Gaza and Pakistan, to Lebanon, Somalia, Yemen, and Sudan.

And here I would like to express my thanks and the thanks of my brothers to all who participated in these epic battles, to the thousands who prayed the Prayer of the Absent One for the martyr of Islam throughout the Islamic world, and to those who commended the Sheikh, may Allah have mercy on him, and his Jihad. I mention as examples and not exhaustively: Sheikh Hafiz Salama, Mufti Kifayatullah, Sheikh Hasan Aweys, Professor Ismail Hanniya, and many others, may Allah reward them all greatly.

Our precious, dear Muslim Ummah, the Sheikh, may Allah have mercy on him, has passed on to his Lord as a martyr, as we consider him, and it is incumbent upon us to continue the work on the path of Jihad to expel the invaders from the Muslim lands and purge them from oppression and the oppressors.

Thus, we renew our pledge to the Ameer of the believers Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid, may Allah protect him. We promise to hear and obey him through the pleasant and unpleasant and in Jihad in the path of Allah, implement the Sharia, and support the oppressed.

Likewise, we send a message of support to the all the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Somalia, the Arabian Peninsula, and the Islamic Maghrib. We urge them to exert greater effort in killing fighting the Crusaders and their servants.

And we clasp the hands of the Mujahideen in usurped Palestine, and we confirm to them and to the patient, garrisoned, Muslim Ummah in the area of Beit al-Maqdis that we will sacrifice what is dear and precious so that we deny America of security until you truly live it as a reality in Palestine. And we thank them for their sincere feelings which they showed supporting the Sheikh, may Allah have mercy on him, and in hatred for America.

Likewise, I incite the masses of the Muslim Ummah in Pakistan to rise up against the military mercenaries and venal leaders who dominate their destinies and who turned Pakistan into an American colony in which it kills whomever it desires, captures whomever it desires, and destroys whichever villages it desires; those soldiers and leaders who sold the pride and honor of Pakistan for a handful of dollars.

O Muslim people of Pakistan, rise up as did your brothers in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, and Syria. Shake off the dust of humiliation, and cast off those who sold you in the slave market to America.

Likewise, I urge my Mujahideen brothers everywhere to join with the masses of the
Muslim Ummah and strive to serve them, defend them, and secure their safety and their sanctities. Stay away from any operation that exposes them to danger in the markets, mosques, or crowded areas. We did not leave our homes and migrate from our homelands except to defend them and their honor.

Likewise, we confirm to all the Muslim people that we are their soldiers, and we will not spare any effort, Allah willing, to liberate them from the occupiers in Kashmir, the Philippines, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, and Palestine.

And we support their blessed uprisings in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, and Syria. We are fighting a single battle with them against America and its servants.

We call upon the masses of the Muslim Ummah in beloved Syria to continue the struggle, the fight, and the jihad against the corrupt, criminal regime which sheds the blood of its people.

Likewise, we confirm to the beloved people of Yemen, the Yemen of aid and the Yemen of wisdom, that we are with them in their uprising against the corrupt, oppressing agent Ali Abdullah Saleh and his gang. We urge them not to be fooled by political tricks and the supporters of America, the people of the Gulf, who want to thwart their blessed revolution in order to to replace one oppressor with another and an agent of America with another. So it is incumbent upon them to continue their sacrifices and anger until the corrupt, agent regime disappears and is replaced with a righteous regime that rules according to the Shariah, spreads justice, extends council, divides wealth fairly, makes the rights of the weak equal to the strong, uproots corruption, and expels the Americans and their lackeys from Yemen of glory and honor.

As for the people of steadfast, Mujahid Libya, we say to you: O sons of the Mujahideen, and O offspring of the garrisoned, be good successors to the good ancestors. Your fathers fought to make the word of Allah supreme, so do not neglect your duty, and do not accept humiliation from an atheist like Gaddafi or the Crusader NATO alliance. Do not permit the NATO Crusaders to bargain your independence, your dignity, and your creed for their bombing of Gaddafi. Prepare, get ready, equip yourselves, and store weapons and gear so that no one dares to impose conditions or place constraints on you.

As for our brothers who work for Islam everywhere, we say to you: Our hands are extended to you, and our hearts are open to you, in order for us to cooperate on making the word of Allah supreme and making the Shariah the ruler and not the ruled in the lands of Islam: commanding and not following, leading and not being led, not competing for legality, and not sharing authority. We stand together to liberate the lands of the Muslims from every aggressive invader and from all corrupting agents and to support all of the oppressed in this world.

My brothers working for Islam, the doors have been opened in uprising Tunisia and garrisoned Egypt to make the corrupting tyrants disappear. So, cooperate, support each other, rely on one another, and incite the Muslim Ummah into a massive popular movement and a collective inciting wind in order to make the Shariah the ruler and not the ruled, to cleanse the lands from the corrupt and thieves, to end the tragedy of the oppressed prisoners, to divide wealth fairly and justly, to end all types of social and political oppression, and return your lands to being like citadels for Islam and support for the Muslims in Palestine and everywhere.

A final word remains to Obama, America, and its allies following him: You had rejoiced previously when you entered Kabul with the hypocrites. Then, it did not take long before your rejoicing turned into disappointment in Tora Bora and defeat in Shah-i-Kot. Misfortunes came continually to you in a historical stalemate from which there is no way out except escape. The Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate continue to teach you lesson after lesson, and when you lie, they expose your lies. You alleged that you would cleanse Marja, and the lying Obama alleged he was following the position there hour by hour. Then, it turned into a terrible defeat.

You alleged that you are training the Afghanistan army and police, so the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate assaulted the Kandahar prison for a third time. Then, after the martyrdom of the Sheikh, they embarked on a campaign against Kandahar, killing its leader, assaulting its security centers, and cutting off the connecting roads to it in order to prove to the entire world the extent of the failure of all your plans.

You rejoiced a second time when you took down Saddam Hussein, and Bush stood haughtily to announce the end of major military operations in Iraq. But your rejoicing turned into gushing hemorrhage of blood, wealth, and equipment. You were forced afterwards to withdraw and leave Iraq to the Mujahideen.

And here you today rejoice over the martyrdom of the heroic revivalist Imam Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on him, so wait for what befalls you after all this rejoicing.

So, woe to America and woe to her people --- As if I am getting ready in Qaedat al-Jihad.
For a bad day like that Tuesday --- When we succeeded and spilled the blood of the disbelievers.

And our last prayer is all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
And may the prayers and peace of Allah be upon our Master Muhammed, his family, and his companions.

And As-Salaamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuhu.
