AMEF: English translation of AQAP Statement regarding

the storming of the political security building in Aden

Sha'ban 19, 1431 A.H, Sunday, August 01, 2010

Praise be to Allah who said: "And whoever takes revenge after being wronged then there is no (blame) upon them. Verily the (blame) is upon those who wrong the people and cause oppression in the land without a right, for them will be a painful punishment". (Surah Shooraa 41 – 42).

And peace and prayer be upon the Prophet of mercy and epic, may the blessings of Allah be upon him, upon his family, his companions and those who follow him.




And thereafter:


The brigade of the martyr Jameel Al-A'nbaree – May Allah accept him –in the morning of Saturday the 8th of Rajab 1431, which is the 19th of June 2010, stormed the political security building in Aden, killing no less than 24 officers, soldiers and female political security recruits, who raid and violate the sanctity of the homes, arrest and torture every honorable person who wants to lift the oppression and disgrace off his people and Ummah, all of that only to please the American president, and to assiduously continue their oppression of the servants of Allah.




This operation is a response to the unjust oppression inflicted on our people in the Ma'rib district, and which come purposely to degrade the tribes with the excuse of war on terrorism. They then falsely claimed that they had dealt the Mujahideen painful blows, while in truth all we experienced was the killing of women, the destruction of Masaajid , and the targeting of the homes of defenseless people. After that they falsely boasted victory over the Mujahideen without showing the results of their campaign like we do the results of our Aden attack.
The results of the operation were as follows:


• Death of 15 high ranking officers.

• Death of 6 female political security recruits.

• Death of the gate guards.

• Injury of one of the building's hygiene workers.

• Burning of all the political security offices including the office of the director and deputy (director).

• Burning of two vehicles

• Damaging of 6 vehicles.

• Booty of Israeli made automatic weapons.


We also announce that everyone in the building was killed. They were finished off one after the other, and if there were other injuries, they were not included in these numbers or the hygiene worker. We also confirm that all the Mujahideen returned safely with booty without suffering any injuries.

We also deny Ali Salih’s claim that the mastermind of the operation was captured. The individual they arrested called "Ghodal" has nothing to do with the operation at all.

And finally we state that the retaliation for what happened in Al-Mu'jalah in terms of the killing of our women and children of Bakaazim tribes will be catastrophic for the enemies of Allah with the permission of Allah the almighty. Wrongdoers will come to know upturning will be upturned.
