All praise is due to Allah; as many numerous, pure and blessed praises be to our Lord as He loves and is pleased with. All praise is due to Allah alone, and may peace and blessings be upon Muhammad, the son of Abdullah, and upon all his family, companions and those who follow him. To proceed:

This is my advice to my Muslim Ummah, which I begin with the invitation Allah gave to the believers, saying:

﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى تِجَارَةٍ تُنْجِيكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ وَأُخْرَى تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾

“O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment? That you believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives; that will be better for you, if you but know! (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise]. That is indeed the great success. And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love: help from Allah (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad) to the believers.” (Al-Saff: 10)

Many people have become lost and confused in finding a way out of the tight circumstances the Ummah is facing today, calling out for a practical solution to its various painful crises. We as well were looking, but we found no beneficial solution or correct methodology except in the commandment of Allah to repel the aggression of the invaders, as Allah, Most High, said:

﴿ وَقَاتِلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَافَّةً كَمَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ كَافَّةً ﴾

“…and fight against the polytheists collectively, as they fight against you collectively.” (Al-Tawbah: 36)

…and:

﴿ وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُلُّهُ لِلَّهِ ﴾

“And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone” (Al-Anfal: 39)

…as well as what the Prophet (r) said to his companions when the enemy attacked the Land of Islam, encouraging them with the reward Allah has reserved those who defend Islamic land, honor and other sanctities:

« من يردهم عنّا وله الجنة» أو «...هو رفيقي في الجنة »

“Who will repel them from us and earn Paradise?” or, “…earn my companionship in Paradise?”

How much honor indeed is there in those who Allah guided to be the protectors of the religion and creed! I say to the Muslim Ummah as a sincere advisor who has sympathy for Islam and its people: your first enemy is the crusaders of America and NATO. If not, then who else other than America and its aides was it who attacked the Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq, helped the Jews to occupy Palestine, and killed Muslims - making their children orphans and their women and elderly homeless - and usurped the resources of the Muslims?

No able Muslim is excused for remaining behind from that type of Jihad which has become an individual obligation due to their fear of being imprisoned or other reasons. Rather this is one of the reasons it becomes even more of an obligation. Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taimiyyah said: “There is nothing more obligatory after Iman than repelling an attacking enemy who spreads corruption in religion as well as worldly affairs. There is a consensus (ijma) that repelling them is an obligation.” Yes, By Allah! Indeed they have fought against the religion and have not left anything, even of the worldly life!

After them comes the next danger: those who played a lengthy and important role in aiding the Americans to enter Afghanistan and Iraq, and who are still to this day involved in this crime. Their motivational force is their desire to take control over Muslim lands and their spite of the Sunnis, and their wish to finish them off.

Indeed they are none other than the Rafidites (Twelver or Imamate Shi’ites), the progeny of Ibn Saba’ and Ibn Alqami. Allah knows that the danger they pose to Islam is even more than the danger of the Jews and Christians, as many scholars have pointed out and as we can see as a fact of reality today. I say this to you while I have lived a number of years in the heart of the crises, and those who only hear things are not like those who have experienced it. Even if I were to speak in great length on this issue, I would not be able to mention even a tenth of what the Rafidites did to the Sunnis in Iraq. If you wish, ask the Sunnis of Mada’in what the Rafidite “Ghadr Corps” (the “Treacherous Corps”, in reference to the “Badr Corps”) and the Dajjal Army (in reference to the Mahdi Army) did to them. Ask the Sunnis of Taji, Diyala, Baghdad, and Tal’afar.

By Allah! They regard no ties, either of kinship or of covenant with the believers – not only the religious ones but even the sinners and others who have shortcomings. They targeted all types of people for the mere fact they were Sunni: the scholars, leaders, businessmen and others. They would kill the men and kick their women and children out of their homes and plunder their wealth. To this day, the Sunnis taste their bitter punishment. They raped many Sunni women and killed many Sunni men in the secret prisons under their control. Some of our brothers who we contacted in their prisons tell of things which would whiten one’s hair and tear apart their heart from sorrow and remorse for what the progeny of Ibn Saba are doing to the Sunnis. From their crimes is that they imprison Sunni women and kill their children in front of their very eyes so they can increase their torment. Some of them they even burned alive. Some men were tortured with electric cables and killed. The topic of the Sunni crisis in Iraq is very lengthy, and a mere hint is better than a thousand words.

For this, Sheikh Abu Mus’ab, may Allah have mercy on him, made them taste all sorts of death, and he was a strong fort which shielded the Sunnis everywhere, especially Iraq, and I ask Allah to bring someone even better for the Ummah. I advise all people to listen to the lecture series “Have you heard the news of the Rafidites?” by Sheikh Abu Mus’ab, may Allah have mercy on him, for it is very beneficial and covers many topics, delivered by a person who has firsthand experience of their war and saw their harm and evil plots.

Look at the Sunnis in Lebanon and Syria. The Lebanese Sunnis saw this firsthand when Hezbollah tried to forcefully take over Beirut. They saw their spite and evil plots, while its policies are to avoid conflict with the Sunnis in this phase. They wish to become rulers through politics, because they know that of the Sunnis wake up and return to their religion and Jihad, there will be nothing left of the Rafidites, Allah willing.

Haven’t you seen what the Alawites, the Nusairites, have done after they were placed in power by the imperialist occupiers, taking authority over the Sunnis in Syria and punished them severely? They killed and imprisoned thousands. Many Sunnis there don’t even know what became of their children. The last of these massacres was the one which took place at Sednaya prison. The families of the prisoners don’t know what became of the loved ones after this incident. There only sin was that they were Sunnis and upon the methodology of the predecessors of this Ummah. Indeed Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs!

Haven’t you also seen and heard the wishes of the Houthi’s in Yemen and their encroachment upon the Sunnis in Sa’dah, forcefully taking control over some of their lands? Haven’t you seen and heard their activities in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qateef, forcefully seeking that their demands be met, all this being backed by Iran?

How much longer will you continue to sleep O Sunnis, foolishly placing your hopes in the traitorous puppet rulers of the region, who deceptively lie to you that the Mujahidoon are Iranian agents; we claim our innocence of this to Allah! Everyone knows the methodology of Al-Qaeda in dealing with idolic tyrants and apostates, cutting off and discarding all enemies of Allah and His Messenger. Rather, we call our Ummah to stand beside their loyal sons, those who spend all their efforts for their religion and Ummah. We call them to stand beside them with all they can against the danger which has attacked them from Iran and those upon their religion from the Rafidites of the region.

I ask you by Allah, who was it who stood against the Rafidite danger in Iraq and repelled their aggression against the Sunnis? Was it anyone other than the truthful Mujahidoon? None will defend the Sunnis except the Mujahidoon, those who refuse oppression and do not accept ignobility in religion. Their goals are lofty, seeking to rid all Islamic lands from the Crusaders, the Jews and their proxies. Allah has promised them one of two victories in His (U) saying

﴿ قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَا إِلاَّ إِحْدَى الْحُسْنَيَيْنِ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَن يُصِيبَكُمُ اللّهُ بِعَذَابٍ مِّنْ عِندِهِ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا فَتَرَبَّصُواْ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّتَرَبِّصُونَ ﴾

“Say: ‘Do you wait for us (anything) except one of the two best things (martyrdom or victory); while we await for you either that Allah will afflict you with a punishment from Himself or with our hands. So wait, we too are waiting with you’.” (Al-Tawbah: 52)

He has promised that the final victory will be for the believers. This is a truthful promise in which there is no doubt, and who can be more truthful than Allah? Allah has made it an obligation upon Himself that He will give victory to His believing slaves. He (U) said:

﴿ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾

“…and (as for) the believers it was incumbent upon Us to help (them)” (Al-Room: 47)

He promised that He will aid those who defend His religion, saying:

﴿ وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ ﴾

“Verily, Allah will help those who help His (Cause). Truly, Allah is All-Strong, All-Mighty.” (Al-Hajj: 40)

The religion of Allah will be victorious, and His promise will come to pass; no matter how much the idolic tyrants plot, plan, and struggle, “…it will become an anguish for them. Then they will be overcome. And those who disbelieve will be gathered unto Hell.”(Al-Anfal:36) No matter how many people desert them and oppose them, it will not harm Jihad and the Mujahidoon at all. The Prophet (r) said:

« لا تزال عصابة من أمتي يُقاتلون على أمر الله قاهرين لعدوهم لا يضرهم من خالفهم حتى تأتيهم الساعة وهم على ذلك »

“A group from my Ummah will remain fighting as enjoined by Allah, overpowering their enemy. They will never be harmed by those who oppose them, until the Final Day arrives and they are still in this state.” (Muslim)

It is Allah’s way of dealing with the creation that He tests His slaves and lures His enemies. He (U) said:

﴿ أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَنْ تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا مِنْكُمْ وَيَعْلَمَ الصَّابِرِينَ ﴾

“Do you think that you will enter Paradise before Allah makes it known who fought (in His Cause) and those who are patient.” (Aali Imran: 142)

He (I) also said:

﴿ وَلَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لانْتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَكِنْ لِيَبْلُوَ بَعْضَكُمْ بِبَعْضٍ ﴾

“..but if it had been Allah's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight) in order to test some of you with others.” (Muhammad: 4)

Let the Muslims beware of refraining from defending their religion and aiding their brethren, and that they take the side of the idolic tyrants against the Mujahidoon, losing out both this worldly life as well as the Hereafter, chasing after only some token rewards in this life.

﴿ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ الطَّاغُوتِ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَوْلِيَاء الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفاً ﴾

“Those who believe fight in the Cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taaghoot (false gods, false ideas, Satan etc.). So fight you against the friends of Satan; Ever feeble indeed is the plot of Satan.” (Al-Nisaa: 76)

As for the internal enemy in our midst, the poison dagger in the throat of the Ummah, the idolic tyrants, the head evildoers and the leaders of disbelief, the allies of Satan; fighting them and removing them from power is a religious obligation enjoined both by religion as well as sound reason. They have waged war against the religion, subjugated the Muslims and plundered their resources. How can it not be an obligation to fight them after all their crimes against their religion and Ummah? How can fighting them not be an obligation when they have crossed all limits in desecrating honor and imprisoning the Muslims? The wife of Ali Faq’asi was betrayed by these idolic tyrants, saying that they would release him and his wife if he surrendered himself. Treachery is natural for them. He and his wife are still in their prisons after more than six years without any anyone to call these idolic tyrants to account.

Thus it is an obligation for us to fight them and pluck their heads as Abdullah b. Unais (y) did to Khalid Al-Hudhali when he sheared off his head in defense of Allah and His Messenger, and as our martyred hero, a lion from the lions of Allah and a defender of Faith, the courageous lion Abul-Khair, may Allah have mercy on him, who wrote his message with his blood and deeds before his pen and words, enraging the infidels and instilled fear in them and healing the breasts of the believers and bring they joy. He put a smile on the faces of the orphans whose fathers were killed by this idolic tyrant and his minions.

The time has come for them to taste what they have made our brothers to taste. The time has come to take exact revenge. The first bullet has been fired, and those who deal with others how they dealt with them do not act unjustly. War has its temporary victories and defeats, but the promise of Allah of victory is near, Allah willing. The message he gave which was written with his decorated blood and flinging body parts is the beginning of the end of these idolic tyrants, and it is also a proof for the Ummah that it does not take much effort and is not so difficult to reach these idolic tyrants. It only take two things to achieve results and avenge your religion and Ummah, Allah willing, which is that you spend your soul and blood in the Cause of your Lord, and that you have a strong determination to reach your goal. You can make your own explosive jacket yourself and in your own house with the most limited of resources and easiest of methods, all of which are explained in their proper sources.

It is an obligation that we stand as one hand against these idolic tyrants and relieve the Ummah from their evil and tyranny. We call upon and encourage those who have specific skills to motivate themselves and start on the path of change with your brothers, for Allah and then for their religion and Ummah. The time has come… it must be done… there must be a change.

As for those [scholars and preachers] on the payroll, distorting meanings and mixing truth with falsehood, their lies and flaws have become exposed, and all people have come to know that they are government employees. There only goal is that they are handed over their food and drink. They are more despicable and unworthy than to speak on the issues of importance to the Ummah, may Allah deal with them with what they deserve.

Lastly, I send a message to the Saudi government and those traitors who help them: if you continue in your tyranny and dare to desecrate the honor of the Muslims and even try to touch the womenfolk of the Mujahidoon; if you even think about touching any noble free Muslim woman with any harm, we swear by Allah the Magnificent that if you dare do that, we make you taste all types of death, and the earth will flow with rivers of your blood. We will bring you things you could never imagine. We warn you from continuing in this fashion.

My chastity and my patience has prevented me from being cowardly,

as well as gaining praise through a hefty price…

and forcing myself to face disliked things,

                and striking the necks of others, heroic and courageous,

and telling my soul whenever it feared,

…to stay at its place, you will either be praised for your deeds or feel the comfort of death.

In conclusion, we say to our precious Ummah: we have taken an oath to spend our lives and souls to please our Lord, so that the all religion becomes solely for Allah, and to repel the aggression of the transgressors and idolic tyrants. We will do our utmost to achieve this, trusting in and seeking help from Allah in fighting every spiteful crusader and apostate idolic tyrant. Allah is our Lord and Protector, and what a good Lord, Protector and Helper He is.

We ask Allah to give victory to His religion, to raise His Word, and to honor His beloved slaves, as we ask Him to make us steadfast on this path until we meet Him while He is pleased with us. Indeed He is The All-Seer, The One who Answers Prayers.

And the last of our prayers, is that all praise is for Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
