“And those who disbelieved, said to their Messengers: "Surely, we shall drive you out of our land, or you shall return to our religion." So their Lord revealed to them: "Truly, We shall destroy the oppressors. And indeed, We shall make you dwell in the land after them. This is for him who fears standing before Me and also fears My threat.".” (Ibrahim 13-14)

All praise be to Allah, who by His Justice has toppled the rule of the idolic tyrants, and by His Power has broken the backs of the insolent defiers.

May peace and blessings be upon the mercy and guide, our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions.

My brother Muslims of Libya: Asalamu alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

Today, the Islamic lands, especially Libya, is experiencing some rapidly-changing and historic events, in which the believers are proving victorious, and the Muslims are progressing step by step towards the liberation they seek, while the infidels are suffering from continual defeats, and along with them, the palaces of the lead criminals are being demolished, one by one.

It started in Tunisia, and then it spread to Egypt, and now we see the winds of freedom blowing in Libya, the storms of revolutions raging against its tyrants, announcing to the entire world that the Muslim Ummah may fall sick, but it does not die. It may doze, but it does not sleep, and the that spirit of resisting falsehood and confronting injustice still remains in its full form, despite all efforts to tame and enslave it by the Crusaders and their allies for far too many years of confusion and loss.

So to begin with, I wished to convey the warmest of salutations from myself, and in lieu of my brother Mujahideen, to the brave people of Benghazi, the heroes of Darnah, the freeborn of Al Bayda, Az Zawiyah, Tripoli and Misurata, and to the rest of the youth in the other resilient cities which have revolted against this idolic tyranny, injustice and subjugation, which has lasted for more than 40 years.

I convey the warmest of salutations to the defiant, freeborn tribes of Libya who have supported this revolt of the youth against this corrupt and corruptive ruler.

Our warmest salutations go to every full, bright and youthful Mujahid, who is now pitched in battle with this idolic tyrant’s mercenaries and his criminal security forces, pursuing what is left of them in Az Zawiyah and Misurata, paving the way to the conquest of Tripoli. I speak to you at a time when widespread reports have reached us about cowardly airstrikes and acts of mass-murder being perpetrated by Musailimah Al-Kadh’dhaab and his evil posse against the progeny of Umar Al Mukhtar - airstrikes and murder of innocent Muslims, in the midst of an Arab-Zionist conspiracy, Jewish Zionist support, and the cunning plots of America and Europe. We ask Allah to accept your martyrs, to heal the injured, and to replace the victims’ families with something even better, and to shower you with good patience.

My freeborn, noble brothers! These noble revolutions and rapid change of events have clarified the fraudulent claims of America and Europe, and they have exposed the reality of the supposed freedom, democracy, human rights and other deceitful mottos which they rant about, and due to which they laugh at the faces of those deceived by them. These revolts have unmasked the reality of the all these proxy, corrupt governments who have been placed over us by these Crusaders and Zionists, to pillage our oil and wealth, to strip us of our freedom and wishes, and to plant these repressive and barbaric security agencies to gnaw at at our flesh, to desecrate our honor and to force us into the most grotesque form of modern enslavement.

After the entire world has witnessed the thugs of Egypt’s Pharaoh with their horses, camels and swords, and the mercenaries of Libya’s Pharaoh with their weapons and jets cutting the innocent people into pieces, who are nothing more to Musailimah than rats which deserve to be exterminated, there remains no way to conceal the facts, and no opportunity to whiten these black faces, to ornament one’s words, to flash [empty] mottos, or to spread the false claims of the media, propagated by the magicians of these modern day Arab Pharaohs.

All the masks have fallen. The true killers of the innocent and the keen supporters of these murderers are now known to all. By Allah’s Grace, the real axis of evil has been exposed, and that it is in fact the Zionists, the Crusaders, and their idolic, corrupt, and apostate rulers.

My freeborn brothers in Muslim Libya! I wish to mention some specific points about your honorable revolution, in aid, advice, and support of my brethren, for the Muslims are all brothers; they do not oppress nor desert each other. We are a part of this Muslim Ummah. We feel its pain, and we help to defend its sanctities. We place our hands in the hands of every freeborn and noble person in Libya, to aid them in righteousness and piety, and to triumph, aid and defend Islam and the Muslims.

1) The first point is that your present battle with the idolic tyrants is the same battle we were fighting yesterday and continue to fight today. For a number of years, your Mujahideen brothers have continually battled these idolic tyrants and defended the Muslims from these modern Crusades which they themselves started with iron and fire.

From its results, as we reckon, was the defeat of the leader of disbelief, America, and its allies, and the withdrawal of support of their proxies who have started to fall as a result of the Muslim revolution against them.

From its results was also the onset of a number of domestic and international compromises, which also falls in the interests of Islam and the Muslims, despite their insufficiency.

We promise you that we will stand by your sides, Allah willing. We will not fail or desert you. We shall continue our battle until we achieve total liberation, by ousting the Crusader invaders and their idolic and tyrannical Arab slaves from our lands, and to set the foundations for the guided rule of Islam, through which rights are protected, honor is recovered, and the sought justice and freedom is realized, taking humans out of the worship and obedience of the creation to the worship and obedience of the Lord of the creation, and from the restrictedness of this life to the vastness of this life and the next.

2) The second point, is that America, in conjunction with NATO, are the source of all these problems. How can we hope from any good or any help from them? Aren’t they the ones who made an agreement with the accursed Gaddafi which led to his submission, to give up his weapon, and to award them Libyan oil and other resources of the Libyan people, in return for helping him remain in power, their full support, and turning a blind eye to the crimes he committed towards the Muslim people of Libya?

They are the enemies, so be extremely careful my brothers! Be careful of the suspicious movements of America and its allies. Let the Muslims of Libya prepare themselves and get ready for this from now. The first step in the right direction is that they should not trust any American involvement. Let the Muslims place their trust in their Lord, and let them rely on the honorable men amongst them. Let them seek strength in their pure and bright youth, and then by Allah’s leave, His aid will be by their side.

The third point is that these tyrannical idolic Arab rulers have allied together, and have promised to aid each other in aborting these revolts of the Muslim peoples. For example, the idolic ruler of Algeria transports mercenaries with his airplanes, while closing its borders with Libya, to block any mass support or supplies which may aid the revolution, while the idolic Saudi ruler provides safe havens for his brother criminals, conspiring with America in secret to abort the revolution. We also hear of the idolic ruler of Morocco hosting mercenary recruitment offices to kill the Libyan people.

This is what has come to light, and what is hidden must indeed be far worse.

So, if this is the case, as the Arab Zionists are helpers, supporters and allies of each other, I call all my Muslim brethren, but specifically those in Tunisia, Egypt and Algeria, to come to the aid and defense of their brethren in Libya in all ways they can. The Muslims are allies, helpers, and supporters of each other, as Allah, Blessed and Most High, the Truth, has said:

“…but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance; and Allah is the All-Seer of what you do. | And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you do not do so, there will be Fitnah and on earth, and a great mischief and corruption. And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you do not do so [i.e. become allies] there will be Fitnah and oppression on the earth, and a great mischief and corruption.” (Al Anfal: 72-73)

The fourth point is that the Libyan people, like other Arab peoples, hold fast to their religion of Islam. These events have proven that this pure and bright youth were the foundations of this revolution, and that Islam was its spiritual motivation and source of strength. It is the fort which demolished the hopes of the Crusaders to strip us of our resources. The infidel West understands this fact all too well, and for this reason, it seeks, with all the means to its avail, to sway these revolts from the source of its strength, creating alternative idolic rulers who show less enmity to them and are more prone to compromise and more responsive to the demands of the Jews and the Crusaders, which will guarantee the continuation of their direct and indirect occupation of our lands.

Thus, I call my brother Muslims in Libya, to gather round and support those leaders of the revolution who hold fast to the religion of Islam whose readiness to sacrifice has been proven on the battlefield, and to seek strength in their creed, and to be careful of the thieves of revolution and any attempt to sway the revolution and distance it from the source of its strength.

My freeborn brothers of Libya! The battle is at full force, and the hour of relief has arrived. The winds of liberation and martyrdom have started to blow in Libya. The Mujahid Sheikh Umar Al Mukhtar fought the first battle for liberation, and now the time has come for his progeny to complete the march of Jihad, and fight the second battle of liberation, to oust the corrupt and corruptive rulers who the Crusaders and Zionists have placed over us, to enslave us, pillage us of our resources, and combat our creed. Umar Al Mukhtar spoke his glorious words before, saying, “We will never surrender! We will either prove victorious, or we will die in its cause!”

Either you liberate Libya from the worship and obedience to the creation, to the worship and obedience to the Lord of the creation, and from the restrictedness of this life to the wide expanse of this life and the next, or gain martyrdom in the Cause of Allah, achieving the greatest success of all.

My brother Muslims! Place your trust in Allah! Continue your Jihad and your holy war! Unite amongst yourselves, and march forth to lay siege on this tyrannical idolic ruler and his evil posse to purify Libya, from his infidelity, oppression and tyranny. The Muslims are with you with their support and prayers. Your brother Mujahideen are with you in the same trench, confronting the common enemy. They will never fail you or desert you, by Allah’s leave. Allah, Blessed and Most High, the Truth, has said:

“Assault them through the gate; for when you are in, victory will be yours; and put your trust in Allah, if indeed you are believers indeed.” (Al-Ma’idah: 23)

And our final prayer, is that all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
