Authu billahi mineshsheytani Rajim Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim,
praise be to Allah, whom we ask forgiveness and seek salvation from the evil of
our souls, and from the evil of our deeds. He whom Allah guides to the straight
path, will never go astray, and he whom Allah will leave, then no one can lead
to direct way.
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad
His slave and Messenger.
Oh, those who believe, fear Allah properly and do not die not except as Muslims.
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, dear brothers and sisters, dear
brothers mujahedin.
I, your brother in religion, Abu Usman, today address you, and I want to start
my conversation with the words of our great Prophet (peace and blessings be upon
him):
"Whoever died without fight, and
had no intention to fight, he died on one of the branches of hypocrisy"
These words show us that jihad is the greatest act of Islam, that today jihad is
mandatory for the salvation of our Ummah.
Today, my dear brothers, the ummah is in such a degraded state, in a such poor
condition, that jihad becomes obligatory for all of us.
Jihad today has become fard 'ayn. Today children don’t have to ask for parental
permission to go on jihad, today, the debtor doesn’t ask the permission of the
lender to go to Jihad, and wife doesn’t ask for permission from her husband to
do jihad as far as they can, and to help the mujahideen.
Dear brothers mujahedin, we see what a disastrous state of our Ummah is in.
Today, the number of the Ummah is one an a half billion and we know that even 0.05% of
this Ummah doesn’t do jihad, 0,05% of the Ummah wage jihad neither with their
souls nor their wealth. Therefore we [see the] miserable condition of the Ummah.
Again there is a hadith of our great Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
when he told his Sahabah:
"People will attack you like a group of eaters attack a bowl of food” And
Sahaabah asked the Prophet:" It is because we will be a few in number?"
The Prophet said, "No, you will be too many but rather like sea foam, and
Allah will remove from the hearts of your enemies fear of you, and put in your
hearts Wahn" Sahaabah asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is Wahn?"
"Wahn – is a love of this life and hatred of death"
And we see that our Ummah loves this world and despises death.
Today, the situation is like what was described by the Prophet (peace and
blessings be upon him).
I appeal to the mujahedin: we are the vanguard of jihad today we are the saviors
of this Ummah. Today you are at the forefront.. why? Because you love your God,
you love His religion and Your Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
So I want to address the brothers from the mujahideen in Dagestan. And I want to
appeal to the brothers from the mujahideen in Kabarda, the brothers from
Balkaria, our Adygeya brothers, and those from Karachi, Nogaja, Ingushetia,
[and] Nokhchi Cho (Chechnya).
Today I pray to Allah for you. First and foremost I want to give condolences for
those brothers who have left us.
We know that they are not dead, and that they are receiving blessings from their
Lord. We know that they are waiting for our accession in Paradise, Insha Allah,
I ask Allah to give us the iman and sabr to join them, so we gain the degree of
martyrdom in the jihad.
Today, we carry out the order of Allah, and we are in the vanguard of the ummah.
It’s the end of February, and spring is already coming, so I ask the brothers to
intensify jihad, to intensify the destruction of the enemies of Allah because
they are the enemies of Allah.
I also want to refer to my muslim brothers, who live on the Russian occupied
territories the Muslim lands of the Idel Ural, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, and
everywhere else throughout Russia where our brother Muslims are. Do not forget
that it also prescribed for you to perform holy jihad, which is fard 'Ayn. Do
not forget that we are one ummah. You should now feel every pain, every disease,
as if it was your own body that was pained.
Again, the words of our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) come to my
mind:
"The similarity of the believers in their mutual love and brotherhood, is
like a single body. When one part hurts, it hurts the whole body from insomnia
and heat."
Therefore, dear brethren, we are one Ummah, we are one body. if today there is a
jihad here, and the enemies of Allah are destroying Islam and Muslims in the
Caucasus, then it becomes obligatory for you to wave jihad, for you it becomes a
fard 'ayn.
I urge you, I urge you, to destroy the enemies of Allah, wherever you have
access to them. I urge you to get you on all those places where the reach of
your hands to open new front. Today there is a total war. It is not us who has
declared war on Russia, but rather it is Russia who declared it on us.
Therefore, when there is a total war, there are no peaceful people.
So if we have declared war, then Allah allows us to fight with them as they
fight against us. Therefore, today we have the right to fight against them as
they fight against us. Therefore, I urge you, fight with them, destroy them.
This is the order of Allah. And we as a Godfearing, sincere believers must obey
orders of Allah.
I also want to warn you not to respond to puppets of Satan, who promote their
venality, and promote how they sold their religion for this dunya. They have
sold their honor, sold Islam. In regards to these puppets, the] Prophet (peace
and blessings be upon him) said that each will be with those whom he loves.
And we know that these people everywhere express their love for Putin Tagut, and
for all kafir leaders. We know that all infidels will bein Hell, Insha Allah,
they will all be in Hell. Therefore, they are not an example for us. An example
for us is [that of] our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And so I ask
you to resist these temptations.
And to end this appeal to you, dear brothers, I want to say that today my being
an Emir doesn’t mean that I'm better than you no, I'm worse than you, but today
by the will of Allah, I’m an Emir.
And I want express my sincere love to all those who are sincere believers in
Allah and His religion. I love you for the sake of Allah. And I hope that you
will be the inhabitants of Paradise. And I ask Allah that I will be of the
people of Paradise. May Allah help us on the straight way. Let no one mislead us
from that path.
