“Together… to Topple the House of Saud”

May Allah Protect Him
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
All praise is for Allah alone, and may
peace and blessings be upon the Prophet, after whom there will
be no other prophet.
To proceed:
Due to the questions we have received, by mail and otherwise,
from various individuals in the armed forces in the Land of
the Haramain, asking whether to remain in their jobs or to
join the Mujahideen in the “Land of Jihad and Preparation”
(Yemen) in Muhammad's Peninsula (صلى الله عليه وسلم), and due
to the fact that they have affirmed that they have understood
the truth of our call, which is that the government of Al-Saud
is an infidel and apostate government due to committing those
types of sins which take one out of the fold of Islam, such as
seeking governance in sources other than the Shariah, their
alliance with the infidels from the Jews and the Christians,
their participation in the Crusader campaign against Islam, as
well as other such types of sins which require rebellion
against these apostates government [we write the following
words].
Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him, said:
If a leader commits a clear act of infidelity, it is not
allowed to obey him in that matter. Rather, what is obligatory
is that those who have the ability must wage Jihad against
him.
Sheikh-ul-Islam Ibn Taimiyyah, may Allah have mercy on
him, said:
Whenever a person makes permissible
something that is unanimously forbidden, or forbids something
that is unanimously permissible, or if he replaces any
unanimous legislation, he becomes an apostate infidel
according to the Ijma' of the scholars.
The regime of Al-Saud went even further in their apostasy in
their promotion of moral corruption, permitting the forbidden
intermingling of the two sexes and the spread of nakedness and
unveiling, and the corruption of society from drugs, alcohol
and other types of clear sins now protected by the laws of
this lackey government. This affliction has grown more painful
and the matter has reached the point where honor of
monotheistic Muslim women are imprisoned, as happened recently
with sister Hailah Al-Qusair, may Allah keep her steadfast and
set her free when they accused of her of something which is an
honor for her, both in this life and the next, and raises her
status above other women in Creation. Allah guided her to aid
His religion in a time when many men who claim to be people of
knowledge and religion have actually sold their religion and
Ummah, except those upon whom Allah has had mercy.
This resulted in, as we heard, those as
sheikhs of Satan, the scholars of Al-Saud, justifying her
arrest, spoiling her reputation, sitting with her, debating
with her and pressuring her through her daughter Rabbab, who
was shackled in chains, may Allah make her steadfast. What is
even more calamitous is their commendation of the hypocrite
investigators about whom there are widespread reports of their
cursing Allah and cursing Religion, raping of men, and
threatening to violate the honor of women. The crime of these
satanic scholars against their honor through their fatwas and
support is far worse than the crime of the Tawagheet. Allah is
Sufficient for us and He is the best disposer of Affairs!
We say to you, O honorable and free! Know, may Allah have
mercy on you, the matter in the Land of the Haramain is far
worse than you can think. It is the heart of Islam and its
last fortification, but it is under the occupation of Jews,
Christians, and Magian Rafidites They would have never been
able to do this were it not for these apostate rulers and
their corrupt scholars.
The impotence of the forces of the House of Saud has become
clear to all. In the Gulf War against Saddam, they were unable
to carry their supplies, those which had rotted and spoiled
over time in American warehouses since the Second World War
and had been purchased for billions by the House of Saud.
Speak all you wish about the war with the Rafidite Houthis in
the South and how they were looking for any way out of this
war, which exposed and shamed them in front of their people.
O noble ones! Indeed you have an enormous obligation! Religion
and honor is a trust given to you and which you must protect!
Indeed the proof of your repentance is that you sacrifice your
lives and wealth freely, until Islam becomes supreme.
Understand well that the Muslim nation may soon enter a war,
the ferocity of which none but Allah knows. Prepare yourselves
for that day so that, after Allah, you can be a support for
your brother Mujahideen, the vanguard of this Ummah who
flag-bearers of Jihad with their leader, Sheikh Usama bin
Laden, may Allah protect him and keep him steadfast.
Know well, may Allah guide you, that the upcoming war will be
one wage against Islam and the Sunni Muslims in the Arabian
Peninsula and the Levant (As-Sham - Greater Syria). Agreements
and alliances have already been formed for this purpose. The
Jews seek to rebuild the Temple of Solomon and establish
Greater Israel, but they have failed in Gaza. This is because
the Salafi-Jihadi movements which have started to appear there
in strength and the resilience of the Muslims there have made
the rest of the Muslim people adamant in providing assistance.
They (the Jews) must therefore involve the Muslims in wars
much larger than that of Gaza and Jersusalem so their
attention is diverted from the issue of Palestine. The Magian
Rafidites of Iran have covet Makkah and Medina in particular,
and the whole Arabian Peninsula in general. The Jews and the
apostate rulers of the Arabian Peninsula have formed
alliances, sealed by America, while Iran and their supporters
among the Arab Shia partisans in the region have formed
others. This is what we can derive from a thorough reading of
current affairs and from the political moves of various
nations. And Allah knows best.
It is expected that the Jews will launch a war against Iran,
but the actual battleground will be As-Sham and the Arabian
Peninsula, for the Jews are in As-Sham while Iran is in the
Arabian Peninsula. As for America, the idiotic bedouin
Abdullah Al-Saud, in his visit to his master, Obama, has
guaranteed them the remaining ground reserves of oil,
announcing that they will dig no new oil wells. This gives new
dimensions to the war between the US and Iran, and also
indicates the extent of the cunning plots being hatched
against the region.
As for us Mujahideen, our stance in this war is well known and
visible to all, our banners are raised and our leader is more
ready than ever. Our call continues, inspiring the Believers
to wage Jihad against the Christian Crusaders and their
lackeys among the apostate regimes and the idolatrous
Rafidites. We will never be minions of the Taghut. We have
made clear to the Ummah our stance about these lackey
governments.
After the Shura Committee of the Mujahideen in the Arabian
Peninsula met on this matter, we praise Allah for you, o free
men, for guiding you! To Him is all praise for lifting the fog
from your eyes which was created by the evil scholars. All
praise to Allah for guiding you to repent from supporting the
idolic rulers. All praise to Allah for guiding you to seek
correspondence with your brother Mujahideen. All praise to
Allah for allowing you to see the goodness in supporting
Religion and defending the honor of the Muslims.
We advise you with the following:
First, attach great importance to
unifying the ranks and propagating Jihad in the Cause of Allah
in your respective departments. Form small Da'wah cells to
recruit people who can aid the organized effort, whether,
militarily, politically or otherwise, especially those who
belong to the air force, or are responsible for weapons
depots, are officials in the army, Interior Ministry,
operation centers or media to facilitate the overthrow of the
Saudi state and ensure matters will fall into the proper hands
of those who will protect the land from the folly of the
fools, such as the secularists, idolatrous Rafidites and
others.
Second, create operational cells to gather intelligence and
specify key targets in toppling the regime and doing things
which will aid in this. Work in secret in order to achieve
your goals.
Third, to those of you who guard the Tawagheet, whether
princes or ministers, the compounds where the Christians live,
or those of you who are able to reach them, seek help in Allah
to kill them. How sweet is martyrdom in the Cause of Allah in
the Land of the Haramain in defense of the Haramain which are
under the occupation of apostate rulers and idolatrous
Rafidites. How good an example are Khalid Islambouli and his
cell when he killed the taghut Anwar Sadat. Follow it!
Fourth, those of you who work in the Interior Ministry and are
able to gather key intelligence which can benefit the
Mujahideen in selecting their targets, such as the residences,
the routes or the offices of the Interior Ministry officials
should send this information to us through the military mail
of Al-Qaeda).
Fifth, it is impermissible for you to undertake any task which
would be considered an act of support of the Tawagheet against
your brother Mujahideen or the honor of a monotheist Muslim
woman who abides by the religion of Allah. Nor is it allowed
for you to enlist those in the military who have not yet
enlisted.
Sixth, fear Allah in regards to the blood of Muslims, and
never spill any blood unlawfully, even if it results in delays
in attacking specified targets.
Seventh, be attentive in recruiting the Muslims masses and
make clear to them the infidelity and corruption of this
regime.
Eighth, help your brother Mujahideen as
much as you can by providing them shelter, funds and
transportation and facilitating their work.
Ninth, we do not prefer that anyone who works [in the Jihad
field] leaves the Land of the Haramain, except due to fear of
imprisonment or if some other Jihadi arena is in need of his
skills and experience.
Tenth, no one should accept imprisonment, rather they should
long for martyrdom. They should be eager to buy weapons to
defend their religion, lives and honor.
Eleventh, it in impermissible for anyone to do anything in
opposition to Allah's Shariah in the Jihadi field for any
reason or to undertake any task except by a legal fatwa issued
by the scholars of the Mujahideen, because the rulings in
times of war differ than rulings in times of peace.
Finally, my advice to you, o you who have remained a soldier
of the Taghut, is that you fear Allah who created you, and
that you worship Him according to how He commanded in His Book
and the Sunnah of the Messenger, not how you are commanded by
the satanic scholars, the scholars of the Tawagheet, the
employees of the Interior Ministry, who permit only what the
Taghut permit, and prohibit what they prohibit. Allah said of
them:
“They took their
rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah, and
Messiah, son of Maryam, while they were commanded to worship
none but one deity. None has the right to be worshiped but He!
Praise and glory be to Him from having the partners they
associate.”
The Messenger of Allah said:
“Indeed they did not worship them as
such (i.e., prostrate to them, etc.), but when they made
something permissible for them, they also deemed it
permissible, and when they prohibited them from something,
they took it as impermissible.”
Whoever has knowledge of the most basic of aspects of Islam
which are well-known and widespread knows how they lie about
Allah and His Messenger. The truth is clear and apparent. The
blood of our brothers in the Land of the Haramain was only
spilled because they proclaimed the Religion of Allah and
stove to make it superior and dominant. They abandoned not a
single issue of the Aqeedah for which they fought, rather they
made it clear in the best possible manner from the Book of
Allah and His Messenger.
We say to you to distance yourselves from aiding this Taghut
who is the agent of the Christian Crusaders in the region and
who has led you into infidelity. Know that there is no
obedience to the creation if it means disobeying the Creator.
Allah (SWT) has said:
“On the Day when their faces will be
turned over in the Fire, they will say: 'Oh, would that we had
obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger.' And they will say:
'Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones,
and they misled us from the (Right) Way. Our Lord! Give them
double torment and curse them with a mighty curse!'”
Openly declare your disobedience to the commands of the Taghut
and do not direct your weapons at Muslims who have rebelled
against the Taghut through their words and hands in protests
or otherwise. Rather, aid them and direct your weapons towards
Israel which is only a few kilometers away from you, whose
lights can be seen from Haql, an area in the north of the
Arabian Peninsula. The pilots among you should seek martyrdom
over the skies of Palestine, and those in the navy should
point their weapons at the Jews there, earning the honor of
martyrdom in the Cause of Allah. This is better for you than
to be given the title, “Martyred on Duty”, which is washed and
shrouded, for the duty for which he was killed was protection
of the rule of the Taghut and defending governance with
man-made laws. We seek refuge from desertion.
Be careful O soldier that you are not a reason the rule of
Taghut remains on the necks of the Muslims, changing their
religion, killing their children and leaving their mothers
bereaved, something which can be seen today in the government
of the House of the Saud.
Sheikh-ul-Islam ibn Taimiyyah, may
Allah have mercy on him, said:
Whoever makes alliance with a person to
support those who support him and take as enemies those who
take him as an enemy is like the Mongols who wage Jihad in the
Cause of Satan. Such a person is not a Mujahid in the Cause of
Allah (SWT) nor a Muslim soldier, and it is impermissible for
the likes of these people to be considered a part of the
Muslim army. Rather, they are from the army of Satan.
Our Sheikh, the great scholar Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisi,
may Allah make him steadfast, said:
So how about he who announces and
explicitly states that he is from the soldiers of the Taghut
and his supporters, army, intelligence, swears allegiance to
him, protects his infidel laws, stays awake guarding and
protecting him, and may even die in his cause? There is no
doubt that our religion is innocent from the likes of this
person, as he hasn't the slightest idea about Tawheed. The
basic rule is that these armies, intelligence agencies, etc.
are troops of the Taghut, his allies and supporters. People
like these will be judged as the Taghut are judged, for if it
weren't for them, the Taghut would not exist nor endure.
Sheikh-ul-Islam Ibn Taimiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him,
gave the verdict that those who help the oppressors follow the
same ruling as the oppressors themselves, and that according
to the vast majority of scholars, those who act as accomplices
in a crime are equal to those who directly commit it. Whoever
helps them in their infidelity is judged as an infidel. In an
authentic hadith of the Prophet:
“Some leaders will appear and take the worst of people as
their company and delay the prayers. Whoever sees this, let
them not be advisors, guards, collectors [of wealth from the
masses, i.e. tax collectors, etc.], or treasurers.
O Soldier! Be careful of dying in your current condition of
supporting the international alliance of infidelity.
As for the scholars of the Taghut or others from the scholars
of the Ummah who differ with us, from this blessed venue I
call them to come and debate with us with proofs from Allah's
Book and the Sunnah of His Messenger in public, free and
liberated from any pressure, in the battlefields not in
prisons under duress, chained in shackles. [I call you]
although my brothers' throats have become sore from their
previous efforts in publicly calling you to the truth, but
without fruit.
I ask Allah, the Magnificent, the Lord of all creation, that
he guide the misguided of the Muslims, that He gives victory
to His religion and His beloved servants, and that He frees
all our prisoners everywhere, both men and women.
And all praise is for Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
