Message from the Amir of Ansar al-Islam, Abu Abdillah as-Shafi'ee, to the
Islamic nation
Clarifying the Islamic Law regarding Palestine, Jerusalem,
and the Zionist Entity

In the Name of Allah The Most Gracious the Most Merciful
Thanks are to Allah. We thank Him, seek His support, and seek forgiveness and
guidance from Him. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of ourselves. Whomever
Allah guides is the truly guided one; and whomever He misguides will never find
a guide. I bear witness there is no god but Allah, with no partner; and I bear
witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger. Please, Allah have peace
and blessings upon him, his family as You had upon Ibrahim! You are The
Praiseworthy, The Glorious. The best to say are the words of God. The best
conduct is that of Muhammad bin-Abdullah -peace and blessings are upon him-; and
the most deviated evil things are heresies. Moreover, whatever is coming is
near.
Then,
The apportionment of the solid religious foundations regarding the Palestinian issue among policies of countries, slogans of patriotism, greed of neighboring countries, and the interests of countries of authorities in the region have restricted it to narrow dimensions. It has made it a target of every idol bargaining with it to achieve personal goals.
All those disputing parties have followed the way of ignoring the right of Muslims to adopt the Palestinian issue. They have deliberately disregarded the Palestinians’ lawful will to carry out Jihad to purify Jerusalem (the land of Allah). The ruling regimes of the countries of idols have forced Muslims to fail to carry out what Allah (the Legislator) has ordered them regarding the Islamic-Jewish conflict in Palestine. which has lead the faithful to be dispersed, and consequently not to be able to carry out Jihad to liberate Jerusalem, and to fight the Zionists under the flag of Tawheed (oneness of Allah); which has lead them to belong to the ignorant blind slogans of patriotism or partisanship ignoring that of Muhammad bin-Abdullah (peace and blessings are upon him).
The goals of the very apostate regimes are the process of normalization with Israel, which is the absolute regression. The conferences of compromises, which they hold with the Zionist entity, are the utmost defeatism. The 2nd Lebonan conference that was held mainly to announce the intrigue that is named “the solution of the two-countries” announced in its final statement that only part of eastern Jerusalem is to be for Arabs; and that the Muslims there are part of the Arabs in this Holy land. That statement, which the Pope –the head of Crusaders- legalized on his last visit to Jerusalem. That statement which implies the recognition of Israel as a Hebraic country, and it has the right to whatever lands –in Jerusalem or other parts- it has seized.
The Arab countries and their idol regimes, in addition to the scholars of evil,
have conspired to acknowledge such a treachery to Allah, His Messenger and all
Muslims; whether by holding their tongues or ignoring it, with consent. The
fundamental base regarding the issue of Palestine from our perspective is that
it is a Divine message to the Ummah (Muslim people) of Muhammad –peace and
blessings are upon him- only. It is not, and will never be, subject to
international or infidel national regimes. None of them has the right to
negotiate it or to determine its end.
Allah -the Almighty- says,
“Glory be to Him Who made His servant to go on a night
from the Sacred Mosque to the remote mosque of which We have blessed the
precincts, so that We may show to him some of Our signs; surely He is the
All-Hearing, the All-Seeing. And We gave Musa (Moses) the Scripture and made it
a guidance for the Children of Israel (saying): "Take not other than Me as Wakil
(Disposer)". O offspring of those whom We carried with Nuh (Noah)! Verily, he
was a grateful servant." And We decreed for the Children of Israel in the
Scripture, that indeed you would do mischief on the earth twice and you will
become tyrants and extremely arrogant!. So, when the promise came for the first
of the two, We sent against you servants of Ours given to terrible warfare. They
entered the very innermost parts of your homes. And it was a promise fulfilled.
Then We gave you once again, a return of victory over them. And We helped you
with wealth and children and made you more numerous in man power. "If you do
good, you do good for yourselves, and if you do evil, you do it against
yourselves." Then, when the second promise came to pass, (We permitted your
enemies) to make your faces sorrowful and to enter the mosque (of Jerusalem) as
they had entered it before, and to destroy with utter destruction all that fell
in their hands”. Al-Isra?, verses: 1-7
Allay also says,
“And We said to the Children of Israel after him:
"Dwell in the land, then, when the final and the last promise comes, We shall
bring you altogether gathered out of various nations. And with truth We have
sent it down, and with truth it has descended. And We have sent you (Muhammad)
as nothing but a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner”. Al-Isra?,
verses: 104,105
Jerusalem has been the first Qiblah (direction Muslims turn to in prayers), the
third of the sacred mosques; and the place where Allah took the Prophet (peace
and blessings are upon him) on a journey on a night from Mecca to Jerusalem
where he lead the other prophets in prayers. Jerusalem where the first promise
was fulfilled in the Caliphate of Ummar bin-Al Khattab (may Allah be pleased with
him) when he sent the Mujahedeen to purify it from the filth of polytheists is
the same place about which Allah brought good news to His servants (the Mujahedeen) of the second promise to be fulfilled. He promised them they will
open the mosque the same way their ancestors Ummar, Khaled, and Abu-Ubaida (may
Allah be pleased with them) did.
The gathering of the children of Israel from the dispersed lands to Palestine is
a Divine signal, to the Mujahedeen of the Ummah of Muhammad, of the second
promise of Allah (to those children) to be fulfilled. It is a signal for the
approaching victory of the Mujahedeen of the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and
blessings are upon him). It is with truth, Allah’s words were revealed; it is
the truth He informed us of, and He has ordered us to get prepared for Jihad;
and He promised us victory.
Such truth that Allah has passed as law and ordered us to carry it out, and hence worship Him, implies that every land the Messenger of Allah has opened in his life, or that which any of the guided Caliphs has opened or ordered to be opened, or any of the Muslim Sultans has opened or has pledged its people to protect them in return for Jizya (capitation) or for protection on condition that the reign was to be for Muslims, all those lands are that of Islam and it is an obligation to restore them.
That religious conquest is the sole reason behind ruling the lands of Muslims and declaring mastery over them. Accordingly, this religious obligation gives us the right, we (the Muslims) to defend every span of the land, and we consider such an action an absolute religious right that has been inscribed practically by the Islamic conquests. The Share’a of Muhammad bin-Abdullah obliges all the Ummah to carry out Jihad in case any span of that land is extorted; and hence, the conflict between us and the Zionist entity is that of religion and existence not that of culture or land boundaries.
We neither acknowledge, nor recognize, nor admit, but even deny any claimed
legitimation that opposes our religion. Religion implies restoring the homelands
and having control over them, and this what Allah has granted us in His
revelation to our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings are upon him); which has
bestowed upon us to fulfill religious commandments of being the Caliphs of Allah
and His Messenger on those lands. He has obliged us to rule them and announce
His sovereignty over them, as it is clear in accordance with the narrative after
which Allah said,
“Seek help in Allah and be patient. Verily, the earth
is Allah's. He gives it as a heritage to whom He wills of His servants, and the
blessed end is for the Muttaqeen (pious)”. Al-?Araf, verse: 128.
He also says, “And indeed We have written in Zabur
(Psalms) after We have already written in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book, that is
in the heaven with Allah), that My righteous servants shall inherit the land”.
Al-Anbiya, verse: 105.
What is implied from Allah’s words is that enduring whatever ordeals in the
preparation to face the enemy, is an obligation to the servants of Allah -al-Muwahedeen
(those who believe in the oneness of God) in order to have power on earth and
take it away from all idols; It is also an obligation in all of God’s Books. It
is a statement from Allah to His servants; we need to carry it out to fulfill
the role of the servants of Allah.
Imam Ahmad has narrated in his Musnad (one of Imam Ahmad bin-Hanbal’s books)
after bin-Umar that Umar bin-al-Khattab has sent out the Christians and Jews
from al-Hijaz (the Arabian Peninsula). Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings are
upon him) had wished to send the Jews out of it when he conquered them (at that
time, the land was for Allah, His Messenger and all Muslims, so he wanted to
send the Jews out of it); however, the Jews asked Prophet Muhammad (peace and
blessings are upon him) to permit them to stay in return for working on its
farms and they would have half the fruits. He (peace and blessings are upon him)
said, “We permit you on such conditions as long as we wish”, they then stayed
there until Umar sent them out to Taima’a and? Areha’a.
Allah says, “It is not for a Prophet that he should
have captives until he has fought and triumphed in the land; You desire the good
of this world, but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is
All-Mighty, All-Wise”. Al-Anfal, verse: 67.
Imam Ahmad has narrated in his Musnad after entrusted men of the Hadith, who had
narrated after al-Sa’b bin-Juthama who said, “I have heard Prophet Muhammad
(peace and blessings are upon him) saying, ‘There is no support except for Allah
and His Messenger’.
Nowadays, the lands of Muslims are governed by rulers of Kufr, idols of apostasy and force, who have taken control through agents and by weapons. They are forbidding Muslims their rights to mastery. They are ruling against what Allah has revealed to Muslims; but with cruciferous, secular, atheist or infidel theories. They are spreading out apostasy among people, and are taking them as slaves, and hence trying to compete with Allah regarding His people.
What Allah has obligated to His Ummah is a living obligation, it is to oppose such idols, fighting their patrons, wiping away their administrations, replacing their governments, liberate people from worshipping idols to worshipping Allah, and rule according to Allah’s Share’a.
We don’t acknowledge legitimacy of any law except that of our Share’a. We announce that whatever hands they lay, whatever time makes old, whatever current situations are, these will never renounce our rights; will never be as absolute justifications or warrants to give the right to those who have power. The circles that rely on all types of national or international manmade laws are neither legitimated nor obligatory; but on the contrary, are those of infidels; and hence it is a religious obligation to get rid of them, disavow their dictates, and make it illegitimate to seek refuge in them.
All of the Arab governments are those of Jahiliya (pre-Islamic paganism), and accordingly illegitimate ones. Their rulers are infidel idols. Their administrations are that of infidels or apostates, who have supported the idea of boundaries among the Arab countries, and therefore supporting the existence of the Zionist entity that has no historical or religious right on Palestine (the land of Allah) the land of the expected Malhama (the expected fierce battle of Armageddon).
Palestine is the sanctuary of Allah for Muslims. No Muslim has the right whatsoever to forsake any span of it, nor has he the right to change such a fact, nor is he excused if ignorant, nor is there any excuse for any interpreter if mistaken, nor is there any space for an Islamic scholar to try to say what contradicts that.
If the Zionists claim that the prescription of laying their hands on some lands started on the earlier journeys of the Jews to the Sinai Peninsula in the time of Sultan Soliman al-Qanuny, we then need to point out that he forbade them, and before him his father had forbidden them from residing in Palestine, Sinai, at-Tur, or As-Sham (lands surrounding Palestine).
The prescription to be considered religiously and rationally is that whose
origin, whose affiliation, counselling, and benefiting from it, is that right
which hundreds of years have passed by. Then the Share’a of Muhammad will admit
it. Nevertheless, such extortion, forcing of power, such creeping into the
lands, such illegal immigration and the possession of non-Muslims the lands of
Muslims are not the claimed rights to be considered ever.
The fact the Mujahedeen and the faithful of the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and
blessings are upon him) those demanding restoring their legitimate rights that
belong to the Muslim Ummah- are approaching and are defying death to do so; such
a fact that the Israeli, the European and the American media are telecasting
among their people has been made by Allah to strike terror in the hearts of the
polytheists because they are joining others with Allah in worship. These are
normal consequences and signals of good news of the approaching victory, which
Allah has destined for Muslims. Such terror has had its effect on the hearts of
billions of polytheists even before the unquestionable confrontation
(Armageddon) between them and us.
Muslims nowadays, whether Islamic scholars or normal people, should rehabilitate the principles of Tawheed toward the constant fundamentals of Islam, to start taking the first step to carry out the obligations of disavowing evil and eliminating it, which is the basis of the tower of Jihad. They should announce the overthrow and delegitimation of such forged idol governments, who have helped rooting the idea of partisanship among the Muslims and their lands, and hence hindering them from liberating Jerusalem.
