“`But whoever changeth from Faith to Unbelief, Hath strayed without doubt from the even way`(partial Koranic verse, Al-Baqarah, 2:108).

“`And We shall try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere in patience; and We shall try your reported (mettle). Those who reject Allah, hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and resist the Messenger, after Guidance has been clearly shown to them, will not injure Allah in the least, but He will make their deeds of no effect. O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the apostle, and make not vain your deeds! Those who reject Allah, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, then die rejecting Allah,- Allah will not forgive them`(Koranic verses, Muhammad, 47: 31-34).

“`O ye who believe! If ye obey the Unbelievers, they will drive you back on your heels, and ye will turn back (from Faith) to your own loss. Nay, Allah is your protector, and He is the best of helpers`(Koranic verses, Al Imran, 3:149-150).

“We felt very happy and exultant when the forces of the Union of Islamic Courts, led by Shaykh Sharif Ahmad, seized control of most areas of Somalia, including the capital, Mogadishu, in 2006. We, the monotheists who believe that jihad is the only way toward liberating the nation everywhere, regarded it as a good omen because of the emergence of a group which raises the banner of monotheism and Al-Wala Wa Al-Bara`a (one of the concepts and pillars of the Islamic faith based on showing loyalty to God only).

“In other words, this believer group announced that it would govern Somalia by applying the Holy Koran and Sunnah; it would fight heresy and perversity, and it would defend Islam and its people.

“In addition, this group announced that it would be a spearhead in fighting the Crusaders and Jews and that loyalty would be only for God, His messenger (Prophet Muhammad), and believers, not for the tribal gangs who have turned the sons of Somalia into quarreling and warring enemy brothers who are fighting each other mercilessly. When the Union of the Islamic Courts (UIC) forces very swiftly seized control of the majority of Somalia, including the capital, they managed to restore security and safety for all the areas they have controlled.

“Therefore, for the first time the Muslim Somali people have felt safe and secure in terms of their blood, money, and dignity for almost 16 years. The leaders of the tribal militias caused havoc in the country and completely destroyed it. Only six months after the seizure control of Somalia by the UIC, the Crusader West, its allies, and its collaborators felt crazy about how security and safety were restored in Somalia under the banner of an Islamic movement. This movement declares its hostility toward the West and its leader, which is the head of infidelity and evil, the United States.

“Thus, the United States recommended that the Crusader Ethiopia, which is Somalia`s neighbor and known for the historic hostility toward Islam and Muslims, should invade Somalia on behalf of the United States and the Crusader West because the United States was afraid of the reoccurrence of what happened to it in 1992 when its soldiers were dragged through the streets of Mogadishu and it was forced to flee, if it should invade Somalia. Prophet Muhammad, God`s prayers and peace be upon him, says: `When Satan hears the voice of call to prayer, it runs away.`

“The United States is the Satan. In addition, it is embroiled in the dilemma in Iraq and Afghanistan at the hands of the mujahidin. Therefore, it does not want to be embroiled in a new dilemma. When the Ethiopian forces, in cooperation with the Jahiliyah tribal tribes, toppled the UIC`s government, our happiness turned into extreme sadness. How fearful we were about the leader of the UIC, Shaykh Sharif, when he disappeared following the Ethiopian invasion.

“In addition, we feared that he would be killed, thinking that he had a good thing. That happened although he swiftly withdrew in front of the Ethiopian forces and without showing resistance, and we thought that his act was a military tactic. Out of the blue, he appeared at the most luxurious hotels in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. Moreover, news agencies reported that Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad met with the US ambassador in Nairobi. A few days after holding that meeting, he suddenly appeared in Yemen and then in Qatar. After a period of time, while he was at the great US base in Djibouti, he announced the formation of an alliance made up of leaders of Jahiliyah tribal militias who are among those damaged and completely destroyed Somalia. Furthermore, those leaders are known for having their links with the United States and are among those the UIC fought against. Rather, they were behind the establishment of the UIC as a reaction at their role in corrupting the country. This alliance was called the Alliance for the Liberation of Somalia. As a result of such alliance, dissension occurred at the UIC, and so it was called the Alliance for the Re-Liberation of Somalia-Asmara wing. Therefore, the two alliances started trading accusations.

“As a reaction to two alliances, the fighters, who refused to leave Somalia following the Ethiopian invasion and who continued fighting the Ethiopian Army and its allies among the Somalis, who are represented by the collaborator government of Somalia, announced their distinction from the two alliances in Djibouti and Asmara. In addition, those fighters called themselves as the Mujahidin Youth Movement (MYM).

“They introduced themselves as those advocating the jihadist Salafist doctrine, which is based on the rightness of the doctrine and jihad for the sake of God. This is with the aim of liberating Somalia so that what God has revealed should be applied, and not governing it by forming a national unity government including those who are advocating false, corrupt, and baseless doctrines, and the leaders of the Jahiliyah tribal militias, which have destroyed Somalia and shed the blood of the Somali people, like rivers.

“This movement announced the project it is seeking to achieve, which is to establish an Islamic state extending from Alaska to Africa. Based on a statement of one of its leaders, the movement announced it would welcome the mujahidin coming from all countries of the Islamic world with the aim of achieving this project and that it would be ready for getting those mujahidin married to all girls of Somalia that they should become related by marriage, as Prophet Muhammad, God`s prayers and peace be upon him, did when he became related by marriage to tribes. Actually, the MYM invaded broad areas of the land of Somalia. Moreover, the movement controlled the alternative capital, Baidoa in which the leaders of the Al-Jahiliyah militia gangs took ****ter. That city was tantamount to the Green Zone where the collaborators of the United States are hiding in Baghdad.

“Because of the increasing strength of the MYM, the United States has sensed a grave danger. So it conducted an open and flagrant comedy in order to rally around the MYM, hoping that it would foil this movement. For this reason, it (the United States) resorted to a malicious trick which is fighting the MYM through those who formed a unified bloc with them once within the framework of the UIC. In other words, the United States brought people called as Somali MPs to Djibouti in an attempt to elect Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad as the president of Somalia, instead of the former president, who suddenly tendered his resignation, upon the request of the United States to give Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad a chance.

“Those MPs attended and worked on changing the constitution through adding 200 MPs who were chosen by hidden hands. That aimed to complete and direct the comedy and then nominate more than one person before Somali`s Karzai in order to prove that the process is a democratic process and that the Somali people are those who elected those like Karzai. Hence, Karzai, Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad, won with 280 votes. In addition, the United States made a new Karzai and puppet so that he should be its tool for fighting the jihadist Islam, which aims at eliminating the fools of the global Jews and Crusaders from the countries of the Muslims, liberating the Muslims from their injustice and restoring their lost glory, dignity, and stolen wealth from them.

“Among the mockeries and disgraces of this comedy is that the comedy was prepared without an audience. The Somali people did not attend such a comedy act because such a comedy act was conducted outside Somalia. Who is a president being elected outside his state and without the presence of his people? What country has a puppet president, leaders, and MPs who do not dare to convene on their land to elect its president?

“After Shaykh Sharif had become Karzai, the US president himself congratulated him, appreciated him, and praised the democratic process completed. Among the disgraces is that after the end of the comedy of electing him, the Somali Karzai, who is the US puppet, conducted a first visit to the Crusader Ethiopia, which toppled the UIC, led by Shaykh Sharif. Thus, he was greeted as if he were a conqueror, after he had been wanted and chased by Ethiopia. The prime minister of the Crusader Ethiopia arrogantly stated that Ethiopia is extending full support to Shaykh Sharif Ahmad, and at the same time, it is supporting tribal militias to fight against the MYM.

“Following the comedy of the inauguration of the puppet, the United States inaugurated a figure, who has lived in it (the United States) for two decades and does not know anything about the reality of Somalia, in order that he should become Karzai`s prime minister (Omar Abdirashid Ali) Sharmarke. This man is an employee at the American United Nations, and his father was an American collaborator, ahead of the period of the cursed man and the enemy of God, (former Somali President Mohamed) Siad Barre.

“The International Union for Muslim Scholars (IUMS) is led by (Shaykh Yusuf) Al-Qaradawi, who as part of his habit, hurried to issue a statement urging all groups, classes, and movements present in Somalia to pay homage to this puppet Karzai, Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad, as the leader of the Muslims in Somalia. This is in order to give Shaykh Sharif, who is the puppet Karzai, an Islamic legitimacy. Events have proven that this union and its leader are working at the service of international infidelity. The statement also urged all Somalis to rally around him, and praised his intelligence and leadership qualities.

“The union also voiced its readiness to sponsor the dialogue initiative among all Somali groups, in order to pay homage to such puppet Karzai, the apostate, who has replaced his religion with his worldly life. In addition, he accepted returning to Somalia under the protection of the United States in an attempt to foil any real Islamic project which would save Somalia from corrupters.

“God is the greatest upon you, who call yourself the IUMS, and God is the greatest upon your head, Al-Qaradawi.

“What is wrong with you? How can you make a judgment?

“Or do you have a book you are studying?

“Or are you ignorant people who do not know conspiracies against Islam and the Muslims?

“Or are you part of the war on Islam by giving this war legitimacy, with the passage of days?

“You have given legitimacy to the US-made puppet Karzai, Shaykh Sharif Ahmad, the apostate the Crusaders brought to fight against the faithful mujahidin, who are fighting the sake of God, and in order to exalt the word of God in the world. Such act is within continuous series in which you hurried to gain the satisfaction of the infidelity and international Crusade under pre****s, which are inharmonious with the fundamentals of religion.

“Did your leader, Al-Qaradawi, hurry to save the idols in Afghanistan to gain the satisfaction of the worshipers of idols?

“Doesn`t this prominent religious figure know that the first thing Prophet Muhammad, God`s prayers and peace be upon him, did following the conquering of Mecca was the destroying of idols based on God`s orders? From that day, the destroying of idols has become a duty imposed on the Muslims and an inseparable part of their doctrine and monotheism?

“Hasn`t Al-Qaradawi heard that Abraham, God`s peace be upon him, destroyed the idols his people were worshipping?

“Hasn`t the head of what`s called the IUMS heard that Islam has come to eliminate worshiping things unlike God in the world?

“Hasn`t the IUMS head Al-Qaradawi hurried following the September 2001 events to issue the famous fatwa which permitted the Muslims operating at the Crusader US Army to engage in the Crusader war, which the United States declared on the mujahidin for the sake of God, who are fighting so that the word of God should be exalted and the word of those who became infidels should be foiled, and who are viewed by the United States as terrorists?

“Don`t you, who call yourself the IUMS, know that Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad has sold himself for Satan and he has become loyal to the Crusaders and so he has become an apostate? `And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them` (partial Koranic verse, Al-Ma`idah, 5:51).

“Don`t you know that the real mujahidin, who are represented by the MYM, have permitted shedding the blood of Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad and received him in Mogadishu where he returned through an airplane provided by the United States with rockets and mortar ****ls?

“Why such hurrying by those who call themselves the IUMS to adopt infidelity?

“Why don`t you hurry to help the Muslims? Rather you resorted to the means of maneuvering and circumvention when the Muslim children in Palestine, who are being slaughtered by the Jews, are appealing. So you call for holding a protest day, fasting, and performing prayers for the sake of opening the Rafah crossing.

“When some scholars urged you to sign a fatwa which views the closure of the Rafah crossing by the Egyptian Government as loyalty to the Jews and Christians and an engagement in the crime of killing the Muslims, you rejected signing the fatwa. In addition, you issued a counter fatwa in which you say: Holding parties other than Israel responsible for crimes in Gaza is not permissible to exonerate Husni Mubarak, his regime, or his rulers from loyalty to the Jews and Christians.

“Oh the chief prominent religious scholar, is the closure of the Rafah crossing a crime and killing of the Muslims?

“Oh, Al-Qaradawi, have you not heard that anyone who has helped kill a Muslim even if it is through using a word, his eternal fate will be Hell? What will be the status of a person who has helped kill an entire Muslim people? Therefore, how do you claim that you are siding with the Palestinian people?

“If you are among the true persons and those who only fear God and are not afraid of reproaches from others, issue a fatwa now saying that closing the Rafah crossing is a loyalty to all of the Jews and infidels, and it is an engagement in the crime of killing the Muslims. This should be carried out instead of your resorting to throwing dust in their eyes. In other words, you are not supposed to urge the Muslims to perform prayers for the sake of opening the Rafah crossing, as if the Muslims were waiting for the throwing of dust in their eyes so as to supplicate God. Praise be to God, Who has assumed the responsibility of preserving the religion. Otherwise, this religion should have been eliminated by such persons affiliated with IUMS, which is deserved to be called the union of the scholars who are distorting the religion and trading in it. Most of them, topped by Al-Qaradawi, have become millionaires because of their trading in the religion of God. `O ye that believe! betray not the trust of Allah and the Messenger, nor misappropriate knowingly things entrusted to you` (Koranic verse, Al-Anfal, 8:27).

“Praise be to God! Praise be to God. The collapse of the UIC, which has made us feel deeply sad, has been a good thing to them, which we have not known and which God has only known. This is because such collapse has led the UIC ranks to conduct tests and make differentiation among themselves. For this reason, the MYM, which does not know about flattery, truces, and reconciliation at the expense of God`s Shari`ah, has emerged.

“The movement only relies on the references of the holy Koran and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad when adopting its positions, something which is stated by its leaders and spokesmen. Therefore, this divine reference does not accept forging alliances or coming in harmony with those advocating the baseless doctrines. Among good things of this event was the revealing of the truth of this puppet Karzai, who might have foiled the project of the Islamic state in Somalia.

“`But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not` (partial Koranic verse, Al-Baqarah, 2:216).

“Shaykh Sharif Shaykh Ahmad, who is the puppet Karzai and monstrous man, has deviated from performing God`s Koranic verses. `His similitude is that of a dog: if you attack him, he lolls out his tongue, or if you leave him alone, he (still)lolls out his tongue. That is the similitude of those who reject Our signs; So relate the story; perchance they may reflect` (partial Koranic verse, Al-A`raf,7:176).

“Thus, the fate of such Karzai will not be better than the fate of all people who are like Karzai and the apostate treacherous puppet, who have been forced by infidelity to oppress the Muslims. There he is! Afghanistan`s Karzai, who is the most famous Karzai, has been let down by his master, the United States, which states that he (Hamid Karzai) is no longer benefiting it; rather he has become a burden imposed on it. This is because he has failed to perform his mission which is to eliminate the jihadist Taliban Movement. For this reason, it (the United States) has decided to throw him at a trash can in order to be replaced with a new Karzai.

“Oh, members of the MYM, oh you are those who are advocating the true doctrine, which is the doctrine of Al-Wala Wa Al-Bara`a and who only fears God and are not afraid of reproaches from others! You delighted us when we watched you through Al-Jazirah satellite channel destroying pagan households other than God which are only worshipped. Therefore, this is an indication of the validity of your doctrine.

“Peace be upon you! Oh the mujahidin! Oh you who have conquered a new arena of jihad for the sake of God against the international infidelity. Oh you are following the footsteps of Muhammad, God`s prayers and peace be upon him and his blessed companions, who raised the banner after his death and conquered the world. Oh the Muslim youth! Be careful and be careful about the hypocrites who deceive God and His messenger. `And those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, and realise (it) not!` (partial Koranic verse, Al-Baqarah, 2:9)

“Prophet Muhammad, God`s prayers and peace be upon him, says: `Believer is a shrewd man. In addition, Umar Bin-al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him says: `I am not a deceiver, nor I will allow anyone to deceive me.` The Alliance for the Re-Liberation of Somalia-Asmara wing, which is being sponsored by the Marxist Crusader, Isaias Afewerki (the current president of Eritrea) is forging an alliance with four armed factions under the name of the Islamic Party. This name reminds us of the Islamic Party in Iraq, which is allied with the Americans against the mujahidin who are fighting for the sake of God.

“Such alliance is targeting you before targeting the Djibouti-based alliance. Evidence corroborating this point is that the leader of this alliance, Dr.(Abu-Bakr) Iman Umar (leader of the Islamic Party) returned to Mogadishu, coinciding with the arrival of the puppet, Shaykh Sharif. This alliance will play the role of opposition, which will attribute legitimacy to Karzai and his puppet government. In other words, the members of this alliance are politically opposing, not opposing according to doctrine.

“Oh the MYM, we think that -- and we will not recommend anyone before God -- you are among those whom God has said that He loves and they love him. In addition, those people do not care about what the infidels and persons who are conspiring against them and distorting the religion of God are talking against them. Therefore, those persons should be confronted, and their intentions and danger against the nation should be exposed because the person who is silent about defending his right is like a dumb Satan. Accordingly, we pledge to God that we will confront them because we only fear God and are not afraid of reproaches fro mothers. Such confronting is within the con**** of the great battle of Islam. Thus, we should know that Islam is targeted in the first place.

“`Oye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love as they will love Him,- lowly with the believers, mighty against the rejecters, fighting in the way of Allah, and never afraid of the reproaches of such as find fault. That is the grace of Allah, which He will bestow on whom He pleaseth. And Allah encompasseth all, and He knoweth all things` (Koranic verse, Al-Ma`idah, 5:54).

“In short, they are the ones who have made the United States falter in Iraq and Afghanistan. Victory is only achieved by God, and God`s victory is imminent.

“`Mighty indeed were the plots which they made, but their plots were (well) within the sight of Allah, even though they were such as to shake the hills! Never think that Allah would fail his apostles in His promise: for Allah is Exalted inpower, - the Lord of Retribution` (Koranic verses, Ibrahim, 14:46-47).”
